Order the wrong thing by mistake?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team within 12 hours of submitting payment. 

To submit a request, complete the Contact Us form and select category "Order Changes". We will respond as soon as possible to action accordingly.

We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees.

Please be advised that any requests for order changes may not be processed if submitted past the 12 hour time-frame.
