All of our luggage is designed to fit a variety of different needs. While everyone's packing style is different and experiences may vary, we recommend the below luggage sizes based on the duration of your trip as a general guide.

Carry On (42L): 3-5 days
Checked (80L): Up to 2 weeks
Checked Plus (110L): Over 2 weeks

How do I pick the right size?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team within 12 hours of submitting payment. 

To submit a request, complete the Contact Us form and select category "Order Changes". We will respond as soon as possible to action accordingly.

Please be advised that any requests for order changes may not be processed if submitted past the 12 hour time-frame.

Luggage Warranty 
All July luggage comes with a guaranteed limited lifetime warranty that covers any defect on wheels, zips, handles, nylon compression strap breakages, and specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell or aluminum bumpers. 

The extended warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, cases that were bought second-hand or without proof of purchase directly from July and cosmetic damages, any bumps, scratches, scuffs or general wear and tear generated from using the case and have no impact on how the case is used or its functionality.

Travel bag & Accessory Warranty
Our Travel Bags and Accessories are protected by a limited five-year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within five years from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you. 

The 5 year warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, bags and accessories that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from July, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.

Powerbank Warranty 
The ejectable Power Bank in our Carry On is covered by a two-year warranty.
