Need to cancel your order?

You can now cancel your order via the confirmation page.

Once your order is submitted, you will have 3 hours from order placement to adjust your order. You'll then be given the below options to make changes or request cancellation of your order.

A link to this page is also available in your order confirmation email.

Simply navigate to the order confirmation page and select one of the below options.

Once confirmation of the cancellation has been shown via the portal, you will be issued your refund back to your original payment method. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for this to show in your account depending on your bank.

Please note we cannot guarantee any orders changes requested after the 3 hour window will be accommodated.
