When will I receive my personalised order?Updated a year ago

Please note that personalised orders require additional processing time before your item is shipped. This will be advised when selecting your monogram, and must be agreed to before proceeding.



Once dispatched, it will then be delivered according to the 
shipping timeframes provided to you at checkout. Kindly note that express shipping, will expedite transit time, but not processing time.

Once personalisation is complete and your order is been collected by the courier, you will start to see updates via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

To ensure you aren't left without luggage for your trip, please plan accordingly and allow an appropriate amount of time for processing and delivery. 😊
